Reading

Sophia has really seemed more interested in reading lately. I have been working on letter sounds a lot as I didn't realize she wasn't really associating their sound with their name. I assumed the two went hand in hand. Anyway, in doing the sounds, she has been interested in sounding out words. She has also been reading the letters out on words she sees and asks me what they are. S T O P for instance. Or B R I T A X (hehe, reading her car seat). I am happy about this interest. Now to find some good beginner reader books. Hint hint, would make great Christmas/ Birthday gifts for those we exchange with :)
