Sophia has been practicing tying her own shoe laces since I recently bought her a new pair of sneakers. Well, today she did them BOTH on her own. All by herself. For real life. I didn't realize kids learned this early or quickly. I am impressed.

Two steps forward, four steps back.
Seems like progress is very slow at a point I thought things would be flying. Darn house settling and sloping floors. Things should be a a point where we just build build build. Not so. Need to do so much figuring between each step. So much for a brand new bathroom for my b-day :(
So, the plumbing under the floor is done, waiting to be hooked up to tub and sink. Subfloor layers in. Working on the tub wall that will have the "trench" section. Narrowing tile selection for that. Hoping this floor level issue will work itself out with a little nudge. Here are the latest pictures.
